Project Development
Gas1 is a project development company that focuses primarily on advancing biogenic gas business projects to the “ready-to-invest” stage, after which the project company and its intellectual property are offered for sale.

Pre-Studies and Feasibility Studies
Our first assignment began with the question: “Could biogas be part of the industrial energy transition in Lieksa?”
We started with a preliminary study, followed by a detailed feasibility study, then moved on to project delivery — and we are now ready to provide lifecycle services for the plant that is about to start operation.
Feasibility studies are carried out with the level of detail our client requires — from light and cost-effective packages to full-scale assessments that meet the standards of international infrastructure funds. We have successful references from both approaches.

Gas1 personnel have extensive experience in high-level operational management of biogas plants. This includes feedstock management consulting, operational planning, continuous monitoring services, and proactive problem-solving.
Our services can also include maintenance coordination, supervision, and asset preservation for high-value investments.
We can provide operational supervision services for facilities handling hazardous chemicals or natural gas, ensuring compliance and safety throughout the operation.
Owner’s Engineering Services
We have successfully managed numerous demanding project deliveries. Our team supervises and reviews design work at all stages of the project.
We monitor and verify the quality and safety of the main contractors and subcontractors work, ensure responsible operations, and keep construction on schedule and within budget. In addition, we maintain up-to-date project documentation throughout the delivery process.
